Owner/Director
Dr. Horning grew up in nearby Woodstock, Illinois. He now resides in Wauconda with his wife, Diann. They have four boys: David, Daniel, Joshua, and Jacob. He graduated in 1979 with a Bachelor of Science in Education from Northern Illinois University. He earned his DC degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic, Davenport, Iowa, in 1987. He received his CCSP degree (Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician) from Northwestern College of Chiropractic in Bloomington, Minnesota in 2001. He regularly attends seminars to keep current on chiropractic issues.

Office Manager
Diann, Dr. Horning’s wife, is the office manager. She is a mother of 4 boys, David (married to Laura), Daniel (married to Emily), Joshua (married to Elizabeth), and Jacob (married to Shade). She loves being a grandma to Addie, Landon, Aubrey, Everly, Lily, Ginny, and Zane. She works with Dr. Horning to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care. Whether it is greeting new patients at the front desk, answering insurance questions or just helping a senior patient, she has a warm smile and is willing to do what she can to make sure your visit is the best it can be.
When I suffered from severe hip pain, Dr. Horning’s adjustments helped me to have less pain and walk more erectly than I had in some time. Thanks and blessings.
